About
I first worked in Tulsa in the 1980s, raised my kids in Dallas, and moved back about 15 years ago.
I started at Valmont Industries in materials and production planning. Later I ran operations, including three plants at Rosewood Manufacturing, and served as VP of Operations at Weathermatic. In 1999 I founded Pinnacle Strategies and spent 27 years helping companies from small shops to the Fortune 100 fix their bottlenecks. I wrote Visual Project Management and Building Resilient Manufacturing Operations. Today I also run GroupLane, which helps small employers with employee benefits.
I saw an opportunity to help the little guy, because I was one, then I wasn’t, now I am again. I’m staying local not because I don’t want to help, but because I don’t like living in crappy hotels.
