This is the website of Doge Financial LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company doing business as GroupLane, an independent employee benefits agency in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In these terms, “GroupLane,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Doge Financial LLC dba GroupLane. The site describes our services and publishes general information about group health insurance, voluntary benefits, enrollment, and benefits administration.
What this site is not
Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a promise of coverage, or a quote. Coverage is available only through a policy issued by an insurance carrier, subject to that carrier's underwriting, eligibility rules, and policy terms.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice. Employee benefits touch ERISA, the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, HIPAA, and state insurance law. Consult your own attorney or tax advisor about your situation before acting.
Reading this site, submitting the contact form, or exchanging emails with us does not by itself create a broker-of-record relationship, an agency appointment, or any obligation on either side. Those are established in writing.
Licensing
Doge Financial LLC dba GroupLane is a licensed insurance producer. We can place coverage only in states where we hold a current license and carrier appointment. If you are outside those states, tell us and we will say so rather than proceed.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the site accurate, but benefits law, carrier products, rates, and plan availability change. Articles and research pages reflect our understanding at the time they were written and are not updated continuously. Do not rely on a page here as current law or a current rate.
