This policy explains what Doge Financial LLC, doing business as GroupLane, collects through grouplanebenefits.com, how that information is used, and who it is and is not shared with. It applies to this website. It does not cover information you provide to an insurance carrier directly, or information handled under a separate written services agreement.
Who we are
GroupLane is an independent employee benefits agency. GroupLane is a registered trade name of Doge Financial LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. In this policy, “GroupLane,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Doge Financial LLC doing business as GroupLane.

Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you messages about your inquiry, your benefits program, enrollment scheduling, or service matters. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 918.417.2070.
We may use service providers to deliver messages on our behalf. Those providers may access mobile information only as needed to send messages for us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or to share it with anyone else.
Information you give us
The contact form on this site is hosted by HubSpot. When you submit it, we receive the information you enter, which typically includes your name, company, email address, phone number, and anything you write in the message field.
We also receive whatever you send when you email or call us using the addresses and numbers on this site.
This is a marketing website. It does not collect employee health information, enrollment elections, dependent information, Social Security numbers, or claims data. That information, when we handle it at all, is handled outside this website under a separate agreement with an employer.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent, and the page or search that referred you.
We use the following third-party services on this site. Each sets its own cookies or identifiers and operates under its own privacy policy:
- HubSpot — contact form hosting and customer relationship management
- Google Ads — measuring whether an ad led to an inquiry
- Meta Pixel — measuring whether a Facebook or Instagram ad led to an inquiry
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — measuring whether a LinkedIn ad or post led to an inquiry
- Apollo — identifying the company a visitor is browsing from
- Google Fonts — typefaces used on the site
- Cloudflare — website hosting and video delivery
These services allow us to see which pages and which advertising bring people to us. They are not used to build a profile of you as an individual for sale to anyone.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses them to keep the site working correctly and to support the measurement described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work normally if you do.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, and this site does not currently respond to it.

Who we share information with
We do not sell your information.
We share information only in these situations:
- Insurance carriers and their administrators, when you have asked us to obtain a quote or place coverage, and only the information needed to do that.
- Service providers who work for us, such as our CRM, email, and messaging providers. They may use the information only to provide that service to us.
- When the law requires it, including in response to a subpoena, court order, or regulatory examination.
As stated above, mobile information and text messaging consent are excluded from all sharing for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for any purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-retention requirements that apply to a licensed insurance agency. When a record is no longer needed for either purpose, we delete it or destroy it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing email
- Block or delete cookies in your browser
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we have collected and the right to request its deletion. Children
This site is meant for business use by adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to carrier websites, enrollment platforms, and other third-party pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
